Yellow pepper pesto – a tasty recipe
7,05 oz – 8,81 oz of sunflower seeds hydrated 8 hours
6 peppers medium/green /yellow
1 big kapia pepper
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
This is an easy and delicious little dish that you can put next to anything!Wonderfully different and refreshing, this recipe is very simple to make.
Leave the sunflower seeds to soak for 8 hours, wash them well and put them in the blender together with the peppers, dill and parsley.
Cut the peppers into larger pieces to be processed better by the blender. Cut the parsley and dill finely.
Finally add salt, pepper according to your taste and lemon juice as well.
