Vegetable cream soup with spinach – a tasty soup
1/2 of red onion
1/4 of celery root
1/2 of parsley
1/2 of spring water
1/2 of red pepper
1 tbsp almond cream
For this delicious dish you need to chop the parsley finely . Peel the carrots and celery.Cut the peppers, tomatoes and onions into small pieces. Place all ingredients in blender and mix them well until you get a creamy soup. Use a sweet cream, like almond milk. In case you do not want to eat the fats from the raw dairy , you can use an avocado.
Spinach is a vegetable and medicinal plant, annual, originating in Asia Minor. The plant has a fusiform rosette and a straight stem.
The leaves of spinach – edible, nourishing but also medicinal – have the long and elongated petiole, are fleshy and dark green.
Naturists do not recommend boiling spinach leaves; all of its properties being kept only cruel.
