Vegan Taco – a tasty recipe


The vegan”minced meat” :
3,52 oz of textured soy grains
4 tbsp of sweet corn
1 small onion
1 red pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of cumin
salt and pepper
Vegan taco assembly:
pita bread without gluten
1 avocado, sliced
sliced tomatoes
2 tomatoes
1 leek
1 tbsp of parsley
2 tbsp of lemon juice


This classic preparation features soy grains and vegetables coated with pita bread.Boil the grains of soy in water.Meanwhile, grind the leek,the red pepper,the garlic and put them in a bowl.Heat the olive oil and add the ingredients, plus the sweet corn and the spices. Saute them for 5 minutes and add the grains of soy and stir for 10  minutes. In order to prepare the salsa, put all the ingredients in a blender.To prepare the vegan taco, you have to spread a tablespoon of salsa on each pita, add a few slices of tomato, avocado and salad, plus 2-3 generous tablespoons of vegan minced meat.
