Vegan Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – A tasty recipe

Ingredients:

leaves from 2 medium pickled cabbages

17,63 oz of bio short grain rice

3 big carrots

3 big onions

1 parsley root

3,52 oz of raw ground peanut flour milled in grinder or 3,52 oz of raw pumpkin seed flour milled in grinder

filtered water for browning and for the rolls

quality cold pressed oil for browning and for the rolls

2-3 tbsp tomato paste or paste of sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)

salt without iodine

thyme

dill

basil

Description :

For this tasty recipe chop the onions, carrots and the parsley root. Brown them in a few oil drops and a cup of water until they soften. Add the washed rice, the pumpkin flour or peanut flour, milled in grinder, the spices and the salt.Mix them well and cover the pot until they cool down. Put the tasty composition on the cabbage leaves and roll each of them.Each stuffed cabbage roll is put in a ceramic pot over which water is poured,mixed with the tomato paste and the cold pressed oil.
