Vegan Cauliflower Mayonnaise – A tasty dish
1 small boiled cauliflower
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, hydrated few hours
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric / turmeric for color
a few tablespoons hot mineral water
1 tsp hot mustard
You’ll taste the rich, sweet cauliflower with raw sunflower seeds and a hot mustard accented with turmeric. As a result; the sunflower seeds are blended with warm water until it gets a paste. Add diced cauliflower mustard; oil and salt and blend again for 1 minute. If needed; add a little warm water. Add the turmeric and mix for 1 minute; until you get a smooth mayonnaise. It can spice up the taste. Garnish with vegetable salads (a la russe, eggplant).
