Tortellini – a quick recipe
3,52 oz of soybeans
tortellini with cheese
half a bell pepper
half an onion
a few cloves of garlic
some pitted olives
tomatoes in sauce
Here’s a simple pasta dish featuring pasta and soybeans; enlivened with tomatoes.A really simple vegetarian recipe that takes no more than thirty minutes to prepare and the result is delicious.
Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: cook the garlic with onion; then add the soybeans that were soaked in water.
Mix the composition in order not to stick. Chop the olives and the tomatoes too; spice with salt; pepper; chilli and oregano.
Add the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
