About tea

If you drink milk you can strengthen your bones, but the same is true if you drink a cup of tea.
In one day, an experienced tea picker can harvest a 32-kilogram tea harvest. About 14,000 cups of tea can be made from this quantity.
Irish people are the largest tea drinkers per capita. Each of them consumes about 2.71 kg of tea per year! Interesting, right?
There are four types of tea: white, green, oolong and black. But, depending on the influence of tea culture, these four types turn into thousands of tea varieties.

Perhaps the most interesting thing is that all the tea comes from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis.
The tea plant has green leaves throughout the year and can reach a height of nine meters if left to grow at will.
Did you know that tea diminishes your appetite? Good news for those who are on the diet!
More than that, tea also helps regulate cholesterol and is beneficial to the heart.
To enjoy the best flavors and benefits of tea, try using infused whole tea leaves instead of more practical tea envelopes. You will find a new world of flavors!

Also, the tea bag was invented at the beginning of the 20th century by a merchant named Thomas Sullivan. The invention was accidental.
