The mint escape – a tasty drink
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
2 bags of mint tea
1/4 tsp of mint syrup (optional)
Make homemade mint tea with vanilla ice cream, mint tea and syrup. Making mint tea is easy and great for sipping on after meals.
Mix the ice cream and the syrup in the blender. Mix then the composition with the tea and ice cream.
Serve with ice cream.
