Ingredients:

For the mushrooms:

4 large mushrooms

1/2 tsp of pepper

2 tomatoes

1 pepper

1 onion

1/2 tsp of non-iodized salt

1 cup of spinach leaves

1/2 cup of pine seed

1/2 a lemon juice

For the sauce:

a cup of cashew hydrated in water overnight

1/2 cup of water

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp of non-iodized salt

1/2 tsp of pepper

Description:

This stuffed mushrooms with vegetables and garlic sauce is very easy to make. The stars of this dish are the mushrooms to which we add the vegetables and the garlic sauce.
