Stuffed mushrooms – a tasty recipe
17,63 oz of mushrooms
3,52 oz of nuts
1,76 oz of brie cheese
1 tbsp of oil
Stuffed mushrooms recipe are easy to make, they’re great for parties, and the variations are endless.
This incredible stuffed mushroom recipe is a version of the old classic and works so well with brie cheese.
Clean the mushrooms and the hats and place them in a tray greased with oil.
Chop the leek and heat in oil until slightly softened. Remove from the pan and mix with nuts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and using a blender homogenized until creamy.
Stuff the mushrooms with cream then place a piece of brie cheese on each mushroom . We introduce in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
