Spinach salad with pomelo – a crispy salad
3,52 oz of raw spinach
3,52 of lettuce
1,05 oz – 1,41 oz of pomelo pulp
0,88 oz of pulp orange
2-3 tsp of mix seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame)
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
3-4 tbsp of orange juice
You will fall in love immediately of the consistency of the young spinach leaves that are crispy and the delicious taste.Clean the spinach leaves, wash the leaves and wipe them very well. Wash the leaves of the lettuce and wipe them with absorbent kitchen paper.Clean the pomelo and the orange, peel, then cut them into suitable cubes . Wash the radishes , wipe them well and cut them into very thin slices.
In a salad bowl put the spinach leaves. Add the lettuce leaves torn into pieces by hand, the radish slices, and the orange and pomelo cubes and the seeds.
Mix it until it becomes smooth. In a small bowl, sprinkle the orange juice and olive oil add salt and pour it over the salad.
Mix it well and serve the salad immediately.
Pomelo, the big brother of grapefruit, is a fruit with many miraculous properties for the body, due in particular to the high content of vitamin C, fiber and potassium.
