Shiitake mushrooms salad with avocado dressing – a delicious recipe

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes
1/4 of cucumber
6 radishes
1/2 of lettuce
2 red peppers
2 cabbage sheets
1/4 of witlof
1 bunch of dill
15 pieces of shiitake mushrooms

The marinade for the mushrooms
1 lemon – juice
1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
2 tbsp of Sonnentor spices
25.36 fl oz of spring water

The avocado dressing
2 pieces of avocado
1 lemon – juice
3 cloves of garlic
Himalayan salt
spring water – as needed
peperoncini

Description:

This salad is an easy and delicious one that can be topped with avocado dressing.

The marinade:

Make a marinade of lemon juice and spices from Sonnentor (paprika, onions, garlic, sea salt, fennel, hyssop, black pepper and cayenne pepper). Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices and put them to marinate for an hour.

The salad:

Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers into small cubes and slice the radishes. Chop the dill. Add the marinated mushrooms, and do not squeeze them too hard of  their juice.

The dressing:

Grind the garlic. Cut the avocado into small cubes. Put the lemon juice and avocado in the blender and mix well until it gets creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients and fill with water, to give a consistency to the dressing.
