Roasted cauliflower – a tasty recipe
1 medium cauliflower
3 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 tsp of spicy paprika
1 tbsp of curry
1 tbsp of lime juice / lemon
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of freshly ground pepper
Oven roasted cauliflower is the easiest and tastiest way to prepare cauliflower. It’ll make you an instant fan, guaranteed!
All you need is a touch of oil, salt,pepper and curry to turn ordinary cauliflower into something extraordinary.
Break the cauliflower into small bouquets equal. Wash them under running cold water.
In a bowl, mix oil, curry, lime juice, salt, paprika and pepper. Put the bouquets of cauliflower in the dish with emulsion and mix thoroughly until all bouquets are fully covered with oil mixture.
Place the cauliflower in a single layer in an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, turn the bouquets on the other side and bake them for about 15 minutes.
Serve them while they are hot, but they are very good cold also.
