Rice with mushrooms – a delicious recipe

Ingredients:

12 mushrooms

3,52 oz of rice

3,52 of butter

3-4 tbsp of cream

salt

3,52 of cheese

pepper

Description:

Easy baked rice with mushrooms is a great dish.

Enjoy this delicious recipe by washing the mushrooms well, chopping them finely and heat them in some butter,1/2 tsp of salt, a cusp of tsp of pepper. Cook the rice, wash it in cold water and add over the steamed mushrooms. Add 3/4 of the chopped cheese, mix it easily.

Put the composition in a pan and the rest of the butter and chopped cheese is sprinkled over it.Bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

When it is ready, pour the cream over it.

Serve it hot.
