Raw vegan brownies

Raw vegan brownies – a tasty recipe


For the dough:
11,64 oz of pitted dates
7,05 oz of walnuts
6 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of water

For the glaze:
2 tbsp of coconut oil liquid
1,05 oz of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
2,82 oz of maple syrup


These raw vegan brownies are made with dates, walnuts, and cocoa powder for a quick and easy dessert.

Mix and chop all the ingredients for the dough using a blender until it becomes a smooth paste. Transfer to a baking tray and press well so that the whole basis of the vessel is covered by a layer of compact composition.
Mix all the glaze ingredients in a bowl and pour over the crust. Spread with a spatula across the top.
Store in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Cut into 12 pieces.
