Pumpkin cream soup – a tasty soup
1/2 a pumpkin
3 tbsp of dried tomatoes preserved in virgin olive oil
3 tbsp of dried and powdered red pepper
1/2 a bunch of parsley
2 tbsp of hemp seed
1 clove of garlic
This is a classic, easy pumpkin soup that can be done quickly. You can make it without cream and obtain a luscious creamy pumpkin soup.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes, chop the parsley finely. Mix the pumpkin, tomatoes and dried pepper paste in the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again. Garnish with red radish.
