Pasta with nuts and sweet potatoes – a delicious recipe
1,76 oz – 2,46 oz of pasta
1,05 oz of grounded nuts
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
3 tbsp of raisins
1 tbsp of cold-pressed coconut oil
1 medium sweet potato
This pasta dish has all the favorite ingredients: sweet potatoes, nuts and pasta.
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into cubes and place in the oven on a tray with baking paper and cook for 40 minutes . It is important to try with a fork to see if they are well done.
Boil the pasta in water with a little salt. Drain the water, add coconut oil and mix so they will not stick together. Put the sweet potatoes and the remaining ingredients.
