Passion juice – a tasty drink
1 small/medium pineapple
1/4 of banana
1/2 tsp of spirulina powder (organic version)
This smoothie seems to be an excellent breakfast. The banana is a source of energy and it is very rich in potassium.
Squeeze the first two ingredients and the resulting juice is put in blender with a piece of banana and spirulina – half a teaspoon of spirulina is just fine!
It will come out a creamy and very sweet juice. If you want, you can squeeze half a lime as well.
