Oyster mushrooms with garlic and cashew mayonnaise

Oyster mushrooms with garlic and cashew mayonnaise – a tasty dish

Ingredients:

2,20 lbs of oyster mushrooms

3,52 oz of cashew nuts

1 tbsp of raw mustard

1 lemon juice

2 pieces of green garlic

3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

spring water

Himalayan salt

pepper

Marinade for mushrooms

50, 72 fl oz of spring water

3 pieces of lemon-juice

1/2 tsp of hyssop powder

1 tbsp of Himalayan salt

2 pieces of green garlic

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

1/2 tsp of ground black pepper

1/4 tsp of chilli

Description:

If you’ve never tried oyster mushrooms, you’ll be amazed at how they taste … and our mayonnaise¬†will be made with cashews and green garlic.

Cut the mushrooms into thin strips and put them in a big bowl in which prepare a marinade of spring water, lemon juice and spices. Let it marinate for 12-24 hours.
Squeeze well the marinated mushrooms, squeeze them slightly in punches. If it is needed, you can cut them with the knife.
Prepare a mayonnaise from cashews, raw mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt from the Himalayas. Add water to get the desired consistency.
Mix the mushrooms with the mayonnaise and garlic and serve with raw bread and tomato salad.
