Mushroom salad – a hearty salad
1-2 large mushrooms (3,52 oz – 5,29 oz)
1 small carrot
5-6 bouquets of brocolli
1 bunch of dill
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of olive oil
A hearty and delicious mushroom salad that’s also very filling. Here the mushrooms are featured along with broccoli and a simple sauce.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and place them in a bowl with soy, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Add the grated carrot, the bouquets of broccoli, the dill cut and the garlic chopped. Mix with your hands so that the composition of mushrooms absorbs the soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil. Add spices according to your to taste.
