Mexican cream – a tasty recipe
2 tbsp of cocoa
1 tsp of cocoa liqueur
3 tbsp of coffee
5 tsp of powder sugar
0.88 oz of butter
This Mexican cream recipe is a true indulgence. It is rich and thick with a touch of liqueur flavor.
Prepare the coffee. Then boil it at bain-marie together with the cocoa, the sugar and the butter and mix continuously.Afterwards, leave it to cool down.Add the yolks and the liqueur and mix. Afterwards, add the egg whites with salt and whisk until it becomes a thick composition.Pour the composition in cups and let it to cool down.
