Melon and banana smoothie – a delicious drink
1/2 a melon (or a mango), peeled and cut into pieces
1/2 a grapefruit (or orange) cleaned well
a glass of fresh milk
2 tsp of honey
This smoothie recipe can help uplift the mood and help relieve stress.It’s absolutely nourishing and delicious.
Put the melon and the banana in the blender . Add milk and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the nuts, mix a few seconds, put into glasses, add the nuts, mix with a spoon and serve
As a tip: you can replace the milk with fresh whipped cream. Do not make the mistake of using vegetable cream. If it is too sweet, do not add honey.
