Mascarpone and whipped cream cheesecake – a delicious dessert
10,58 oz of biscuits
5,29 oz of butter
17,63 oz of cream cheese – mascarpone cheese
5,29 oz of sugar
6,76 fl. oz of liquid cream
0,52 oz of gelatin
For this delicious dessert, you need to have in mind 3 steps. These are:
1.The biscuit base:chop the biscuits well in a blender, until they become ‘flour of biscuits’.Melt the butter and then incorporate with crumbled biscuits.
Prepare the biscuits base: at the bottom of cake form stretch the layer of biscuits and leave in the tray in the fridge for half an hour to harden.
2.The cheese cream: first of all, prepare the gelatin. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the mixer well with 3,38 fl.oz cream (half the total) and sugar.Heat 2-3 tbsp of cream and incorporate them in the gelatin.Then let the mixture to cool.When the mixture has cooled, it is incorporated (with mixer or by hand) with the cream cheese and the remaining of whipped cream.
3.To assemble the cheesecake:when the biscuit base is hard enough, pour over cream cheese and level.Then, melt chocolate over low heat or steam bath and pour over the cheesecake. As an alternative, you can decorate the cake with jam or chunks of berries.
