Mango lassi – a nourishing drink
1 cup with mango pieces
1 cup of plain yoghurt
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
fresh mint leaves
Mango lassi is a refreshing drink and it’s delicious. It is a drink for hot summer days or to brighten up any meal.
Mix all the ingredients in the blender until it gets a creamy drink.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and put ice cubes into it.

Mango also contains vitamin B-6, vitamin K, potassium, calcium, and iron, as well as antioxidants such as zeaxanthin and betacarotene.
