2,02 us fl oz of extra virgin olive oil
10,58 oz of cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of chilli peppers
20 basil leaves, cut strips
2,82 oz of parmesan.
This recipe is very delicious, being ready in just 25 minutes.
Put boiling water and, when it starts to boil, add the pasta, leaving it to boil according to the instructions on the package. While the pasta is boiling , cook the tomato sauce.
Heat the oil in a large pan, on medium heat, then add the tomatoes and garlic. Let them saute for two minutes or until the tomatoes soften, then take the pan over the fire and add the vinegar and the peppercorns.
Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water so it does not stick together. Add them in pan, medium-high heat, and mix them for 1 minute until they are completely covered with sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then add basil and parmesan. Serve the pasta as such or with a Parmesan supplement, if you wish.
