Guacamole – A delicious dish
3 green onions
1 clove of garlic
While everyone has their own version of guacamole recipe, we think this is the best one. Avocado is cut in half,crushed and sprinkled with lemon juice. Wash the tomatoes and onions and cut them into cubes or slices. Peel and crush the garlic, then mix it all in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then serve with toast or what you like.
Guacamole is an avocado sauce, healthy, this fruit is rich in nutrients. It looks great and tastes like an eggplant salad and is prepared quickly and easily. You only need to squeeze the avocado fruit to a homogeneous paste, adding onions, green chili, lemon juice and salt. You can also add fine chopped coriander, fresh tomato or tomato paste. Then leave it between 30 and 60 minutes in the refrigerator and serve it with tortilla chips, sticks, burgers sauce or fish garnish for a guaranteed delight.
