Grilled vegetables salad – a tasty salad
12 big mushrooms
2 bell peppers
2 salads (spinach leaves or equivalent)
2 cloves of garlic
Here’s a fresh and healthy dish to throw on your grill during the weekend.
Put on the grill: the mushrooms’ hats up, the feet from the mushrooms, the bell peppers, cut in half, whole tomatoes and onions, peeled (but around) after you grease them with a little vegetable oil each.
In a large bowl, break the lettuce or the spinach leaves into pieces .
Clean the garlic and crush it very well until it forms a cream. Add a little oil and mix well, like a mayonnaise. Add the juice resulting from the tomatoes placed on the grill.
Cut the onion (which need to cook on the grill 5 minutes) as you like: rings or larger pieces. Add onion over salad.
Cut each mushroom into four and add the salad.
Cut the peppers into slices or chunks and add them in the bowl. Mix everything easy.
Add the dressing made from the garlic and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, if needed, oil. Grate cheese over and serve.
