Green smoothie – a quick drink

Ingredients:

 4 hands full with fresh baby spinach

2 kiwi
1 avocado ripe

a handful of mustard seeds
the juice from one lime2 thin slices fresh of ginger2 tbsp of chia seeds

5,07 fl oz of mineral water

Description:

This veg-tastic smoothie has a mix of savory flavors, thanks to avocado, spinach and kiwi.

Green smoothies are a healthy way to drink or replace a meal. Blend spinach leaves together in a blender until smooth with the mineral water. Add the avocado and the rest of the ingredients and pulse until thoroughly blended – enjoy the freshness of this smoothie.
