Green peas creme
Green peas creme – A creamy and tasty dish
10,58 oz of green beans
2 cloves of garlic
2 leaves of bay
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Picture it: the boiled peas with leaves of bay and cloves of garlic. Take out the bay of leaves and mix them in a blender until it is creamy.Then add olive oil,lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli. Mix well and garnish with croutons with a little olive oil, salt and pepper on top.
About the peas
Although considered to be a vegetable, peas is a fruit because it contains the seeds grown from a flower.
Fresh green peas did not become known until the 16th century.
