Green bean salad with sesame-a luscious dish
1 pack of green beans (8.5 oz.).
1½ tablespoon of sesame
½ teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 medium chopped tomato
1½ tablespoons of olive oil
2 pieces of tofu cut cubes
A sprinkling of sesame seeds on top of the green beans adds texture.The perfect salad for dinner!
Clean and wash the beans.
Cut the beans into smaller pieces.
Put salt in water in a pot and add the beans.
Boil it until it becomes “al dente”, about 7 minutes.
During this time put the sesame in a ceramic skillet and leave it for about 2 minutes, during which mix it.
Drain the beans and transfer them to a bowl.
Over the beans add balsamic vinegar, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, tofu and sesame.
Green beans are great vegetables! The studies show that it is a delicious source of vitamins and proteins, it does not contain many fats, it is cheap – enough arguments for it to play a special role in the diet.
