Gratinated zucchini – a tasty dish
3 cloves of garlic
2,11 oz of parmesan
3,38 us fl oz of liquid sour cream
3,38 us fl oz of milk
salt and pepper
Two ingredients of the Italian cuisine, zucchini and Parmesan cheese, team up for a recipe that’s easy to make and impressive to serve.
Clean the zucchini, then cut them in long strips about two centimeters thick. Sprinkle salt on top and leave them for a while in a strainer. After time has passed, rinse the zucchini slices, let them drain and cut into cubes. Put the zucchini cubes together with the onion finely chopped, garlic crushed and a little olive oil in a pan and let them until they become golden. Separately, mix eggs with milk and sour cream, then season with salt and pepper. Mix the rest of zucchini slices with the milk sauce and sour cream and then add them to the squashed zucchini in the pan. Grease a tray with olive oil, sprinkle some parmesan and pour the preparation. Spread over the zucchini parmesan too. Put the tray in the preheated oven and leave it in for 20-25 minutes. Gratinated zucchini are one of the tastiest summer dishes, which will take about an hour and a half.
