Day 1

Morning: Beet, carrot and apple juice

Parsley Salad, Crude Sunflower Seeds, Goji, Avocado Chopped Cubes and Lemon

Afternoon: Cabbage salad and fennel with dry cranberries

Day 2

Morning: Juice of celery, carrot, beet and grapefruit

Evening: spinach salad , lettuce, nuts, apple, lemon dressing and olive oil

Day 3

Morning: Beetroot juice, carrot, apple

Avocado salad with pomegranate, wheat germ and hemp seeds

Lunch: a banana

Evening: Red cabbage salad, pomegranate, fennel and rye germ

Day 4

Morning: Beet and grapefruit juice

Pineapple, banana paste and carob powder

Lunch: an apple

Evening: Carrot salad, avocado, fennel, orange, sprinkled with lemon and olive oil

Day 5 – Juice Day

During the whole day, drink fresh juices – beets, celery, apple, orange as well as green tea and water

Day 6

Morning: Beet, celery, lemon juice

Fruit salad (banana, mango, pomegranate) sprinkled with lemon and sprinkled with chia seeds

Evening: Humus raw (ingredients: native germ, olive oil, tahini paste – raw humus has a totally different taste from classic humus) and tabbouleh salad with parsley, red onion and a lot of lemon

Day 7

Morning: Beetroot juice, carrot, apple

Avocado salad with pomegranate, wheat germ, lemon and olive oil

Evening: Salad with radicchio, green lettuce, nuts and apples, dressing with orange juice and olive oil

Day 8

Morning: Carrot, celery and grapefruit juice

Parsley Salad with Crude Sunflower Seeds, Goji, Nuts and Lemon

Evening: Raw red beet salad with fermented cabbage, dressing with olive oil and lemon

Day 9

Morning: Beetroot juice, carrot, apple

Raw buckwheat (buckwheat and raw cashew left over in the soaked water in the morning water poured into the blender along with 2 dates)

Evening: Rucola salad, pomegranate and wheat germ with lemon dressing and olive oil

Day 10

Morning: Beet, celery and lemon juice

Wheat germ with dates of dates

Evening: Avocado salad with cherry tomatoes, parsley, red onion and pomegranate seeds with lots of lemon and olive oil

About avocados

Avocados are a rich source of essential fatty acids: but the benefits they pose to health come from many other important nutritional properties.Avocado is a fruit belonging to the Lauracae family; alongside other flower plants such as camphor, cinnamon or bay.
