Cucumbers with cream – a fresh recipe
2 big cucumbers or 4 small cucumbers
1,76 oz of butter
1/2 tbsp of flour
1 cup of milk
3 tbsp of cream
This recipe is a five-ingredient dish that goes together quick as a wink. In this tasty dish you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of fresh cucumbers.
Cut on the length the cucumbers and take out all the seeds.
Put them in hot water with salt until they soften a bit. Put them in cold water and afterwards drain them.
Heat them in butter, with salt and nutmeg. Add the flour and the milk.
Let them cook for about 15 minutes.
Pour the cream and serve them.
