Cous-cous with vegetables and  tabouleh salad – a tasty dish

Ingredients:

For the cous-cous salad with vegetables:

zucchini

peas

kapia pepper

onion.

For the tabouleh salad :

cous-cous

parsley

3 medium-sized tomatoes

1 medium onion

lemon juice

1-2 tablespoons of oil

salt.

Description:

Cous-cous with vegetables and  tabouleh salad is a great meat-free recipe.It is a quick and easy vegetable salad, full of beautiful colors and textures.

For the cous-cous salad with vegetables:

Put the vegetables in a spoonful of oil and water and the cous-cous is put in boiling water. When the cous-cous is ready add the vegetables. If desired, add salt, pepper, aromatic herbs.

For the tabouleh salad :

Chop the parsley, toasted onion and tomato, add lemon juice and oil and then couscous that was in the boiling water and with the lid put. The couscous must be perfectly done.
