Congo passion – a delicious cake
6 tbsp of cocoa
2-3 tbsp of concentrated coffee
3.52 oz of butter
6 tbsp of powder sugar
10 tbsp of flour
Boil the coffee and the cocoa at a low heat. Add the butter and the sugar and mix continuously. Let the cream cool down, afterwards add the egg yolks, one by one, mixing well. Put the flour, then add and whisk the egg whites with the salt and the baking powder. Pour the composition in a greased baking tray with parchment paper and put it in the oven. Garnish with whipped cream.
