Coffee and cocoa foam – a tasty drink

Ingredients:

6.76 fl oz of whipped cream

2 tbsp of milk

6 tbsp of sugar

4 egg whites

1 tsp of cocoa

2 tbsp of espresso coffee

Description:

This recipe is a sweet temptation made of whipped cream, coffee and milk.

Whisk the whipped cream with the milk. Mix the egg whites with the sugar and they whisk until it becomes a foam. Add the whipped cream, the cocoa and the coffee. Put the composition in the fridge.
