Coffee and cocoa foam
Coffee and cocoa foam – a tasty drink
6.76 fl oz of whipped cream
2 tbsp of milk
6 tbsp of sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp of cocoa
2 tbsp of espresso coffee
This recipe is a sweet temptation made of whipped cream, coffee and milk.
Whisk the whipped cream with the milk. Mix the egg whites with the sugar and they whisk until it becomes a foam. Add the whipped cream, the cocoa and the coffee. Put the composition in the fridge.
Coffee has a high antioxidant content (phenol, volatile substances), if it is consumed in moderate amounts, coffee can have beneficial effects on health. This makes a large part of the population consume it. A study in 2013 shows that only 9% of people do not consume coffee (coffee, ness and cappuccino).
The most widely used coffee varieties are Arabica and Robusta, distinguished by taste and aroma. Arabic coffee is a high-quality, high-aroma, pure and fine coffee, while Robusta is a strong, slightly bitter, strong coffee and contains more caffeine. 60% of the world coffee production is of Arabic Cafe. Arabic coffee is a coffee originating in Ethiopia.
The high altitudes give the coffee its fine flavor and balanced taste.
