Citrus smoothie – a nourishing drink
6,76 fl. oz of green tea
1/2 a lime
1/4 of a lemon
1 tbsp honey
This smoothie is loaded with great citrus flavor and is wonderfully versatile. Citrus fruits like oranges and limes are loaded with immune-boosting antioxidants.
Wash the citrus fruits , then the lime and lemon, and cut them in slices.
The orange is peeled and cut into pieces. Slice the ginger.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix for 15-20 seconds.
The smoothie is very aromatic and healthy, offering energy and vitamins. You can change the quantities according to your tastes.
