Chocolate cream – a tasty recipe
20.28 fl oz milk
6 egg yolks
3 tbsp of sugar
3.52 oz of chocolate
This is a chocolate recipe that it is easy to prepare and has a pleasant taste. To make this recipe, you need the following ingredients: grated chocolate, egg yolks, milk and sugar.
Boil the milk. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar then add, little by little, the hot milk. Put the bowl on a low heat and boil the cream, mixing continuously, until it thickens. When it’s ready, add the grated chocolate or melted and mix it well.
