Chocolate balls – a luscious recipe
5,29 oz of milk chocolate
2,82 oz of dark chocolate
6 tbsp of powder sugar
3,52 oz of butter
2 egg yolks
This is a quick and delicious recipe. These tasty treats whip up in no time, and are completely addictive.
Melt the milk chocolate at bain- marie. Afterwards mix well with the butter, sugar, egg yolks and salt until there is a foaming composition.
Put it in the fridge until it hardens. Form balls from this composition, which are passed through the finely grounded dark chocolate.
