Chia pudding with peaches – a delicious recipe
8,11 fl. oz of nut / almond / soy milk
1 tbsp of honey / 1-2 tbsp of agave syrup
1,05 oz of chia seeds
5-6 peaches in syrup
The chia pudding with peaches is absolutely exceptional and the preparation is as you clap your hands. It is a raw vegan dessert. You can use coconut milk for this delicious recipe, but you can substitute with soy milk, almond milk or any other vegetable dairy. Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, protein, Omega 3, contain a number of important nutrients for the bone system and, due to its high fibers can help us lose weight. For this recipe use canned peaches.
Drain the peaches, then cut them into small cubes.Put the walnut milk, chia seeds and honey in a jar, close it with its lid and stir it for about 1-2 minutes or until you see that the milk has gained a slightly gelatinous consistency.
