Cauliflower and broccoli pudding – a delicious pudding
a fairly large cauliflower
3 tbsp of white flour
8,81 oz of cheese
8,81 of cream
2 pieces of leeks
This is a quick and easy recipe, which has as stars the cauliflower and the broccoli. Boil the cauliflower,the broccoli in salty water for 15 min.When they are cooked let them to cool down.
For the sauce you need olive oil, about 7 tbsp, add the flour and heat it. Separately, beat the eggs with salt,pepper and sour cream.Mix the eggs with the composition of flour.Grease a pan,in which you put a row of cauliflower and broccoli, then half the sauce, half the onion rings, half the grated cheese and then the other row.Let it in the oven for about 30 minutes until it forms a golden crust.
