Broccoli pudding – a quick recipe
2,20 lbs of cauliflower / broccoli
6,76 fl oz of thick cream
7,05 oz of cheese
2,11 oz of butter
2-3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
red pepper (optional)
Those who like healthy and nourishing dishes will enjoy this recipe on broccoli pudding.
Put the broccoli bouquets in boiling ,salted water until they soften but they are not completely cooked. Meanwhile wallpaper a pan with butter and breadcrumbs.
Take out the broccoli bouquets and put them to drain. After they have cooled, place them (on their feet) in the tray.
Separately mix eggs with sour cream, black pepper and a little grated cheese and add them over the broccoli. Sprinkle the pudding with 2-3 tablespoons of bread crumbs, red pepper, about 1,76 oz of butter cut into pieces.
