Bhaja with cauliflower and broccoli – a delicious dish
1,76 oz of flour
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of chimen
5,07 fl oz of water
15,87 oz of cauliflower and broccoli cut into small bouquets
oil for frying
1/2 tsp of garam masala
A very healthy, easy, tasty dish that reheats well for lunch the next day.
Mix the flour with the spices and salt. Add water and mix until it becomes a dough. Place the cauliflower and broccoli bouquets in the dough.
Heat the oil to fry the bouquets and cook for approximately 5 minutes, until browned. Serve hot with curry.
