10,58 oz of boiled beetroot

7,05 oz of boiled rice

7,05 oz of canned red beans

2 pieces of white onion

1 piece of red onion

1 bunch of parsley

4-5 leaves of kale cabbage

1 lettuce

3-4 tomatoes

1 cusp of tsp of cumin

1 tsp granulated garlic

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

a few tablespoons – vegetable mayonnaise

3,52 oz of breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of sesame paste
1 tbsp of fresh lemon

Description :

Our recipe of vegan burgers has all the elements you’re looking for: the beetroot is cut into pieces and chopped together with the rice and beans. Cut the onion into small pieces and put it over the rest of the chopped ingredients along with the cumin, granulated garlic, paprika,thyme, salt,pepper, olive oil, sesame paste, lemon juice and breadcrumbs. All is mixed very well. Afterwards, wet your hands and form balls of this mixture. Bake them at 180 degrees. Let them cool slightly.

Grease a half bun with mayonnaise and put a burger on it. The tomatoes and the rings of red onion are put on the burger. Tear some lettuce leaves and garnish the burger. Sprinkle salt and paper and put the other half of bun.
