Avocado salad-a delicious recipe
2 pieces of avocado
1 piece of red onion
1 lemon – juice
ground black pepper
10 pieces of cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of dried tomatoes
6 brazil nuts
1 piece of red pepper
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of Soyu soya sauce
2 cloves of garlic
4 leaves of fresh basil
Fresh cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado salad, seasoned with soya sauce, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and pepper.
The sauce: Hydrate the Brazil nuts for 8 hours. Hydrate the dried tomatoes for 10 minutes.Cut the cherry tomatoes and peppers into smaller pieces, and crush the garlic. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Peel off the avocado, cut it into small cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Then add the chopped onion, pepper, coriander and some sunflower seeds. Finally add the marinade.
