Amaranth salad – a luscious salad

Ingredients:

1 iceberg lettuce

1 bowl of baby spinach

1/2 bowl rucola

1/4 bowl of valerian

1 bowl of tomatoes

1/2 bowl of peppers

1/4 bowl of cucumber

1/4 bowl of radishes

3 green onions

1/4 bowl of green basil

1 bunch of ramsons

1/4 bowl of kalamata olives

1/4 bowl of amaranth

Description:

For this recipe we are going to keep it easy and healthy . The star of the salad is amaranth, as the main protein. Discover this healthy amaranth salad! A delicious salad with vegetables that have incredible properties!

Cut the lettuce into larger pieces. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, peppers into very small cubes. Then the radishes into thin sticks. Add the spinach, rucola, valerian and olives. Mix all the ingredients and garnish with amaranth.
